Since I was refused ballot admittance for US Senate in 2010 because I'm a "White Supremacist" and kicked off the local ballot for Sheriff of Newton County under pretext of Missery [s]election 'law' in 2012, I think it is time to file again for federal office given that a new Secretary of State is in office. And, filing a federal civil rights and election law lawsuit if not allowed to do so, while challenging the legitimacy of those [s]elected in bogus [s]elections since TraitorGlenn Miller deliberately destroyed the ability for "White Nationalists" to run since 2006 and in 2010.

This is the thread for posting this matter.

JOPLIN, Mo. — Candidates for county and state political offices can file starting Tuesday.

In preparation for that, the Jasper County Courthouse on Friday was the scene of announcements by four candidates, all for offices that will be contested in the August primary.

Law partners Joe Hensley and John Nicholas announced plans to seek associate judge positions in the Jasper County courts system. Associate Judges Joseph Schoeberl and Richard Copeland will step down at the end of their current terms, and four candidates, thus far, have outlined plans to seek the two posts that will be vacant as of Jan. 1.

Nicholas will seek the Division 4 post currently held by Schoeberl, and Hensley will run for the Division 5 judgeship held by Copeland for 32 years. Other candidates who have announced are Joplin attorney Mike Roberts, for the Division 4 post, and Nate Dally, of Carthage, for Division 5.

Nicholas has been an attorney in Jasper County for 18 years, representing individuals, businesses and entities including the Joplin Board of Education in a variety of civil matters. For the past eight years, he has worked as an assistant Jasper County prosecuting attorney.

A native of Oklahoma, he graduated from the University of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma College of Law.

Hensley, a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, worked in Springfield for four years before returning to Jasper County to open his own practice in 2002. He served as the Jasper County juvenile office attorney and as a Jasper County special prosecutor. He is a certified guardian ad litem and a certified mediator.

Roberts entered the fray earlier in the month, citing as experience for the job his background in law enforcement and the Jasper County prosecutor’s office.

A Joplin native, Roberts was with the Joplin Police Department for 16 years and was working as a police investigator when he decided to pursue a law degree. He is a graduate of the Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kan., and he also holds a criminal justice degree from Missouri Southern State University.

Dally, the first to announce, is the Carthage city attorney and an assistant Jasper County prosecutor. A Carthage native, he holds a law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Also on Friday, Doris Tatum and Charlotte Feather Pickering announced they would seek the Jasper County recorder of deeds post being vacated by Donna Grove, who is retiring.

Pickering, of Sarcoxie, is a lifelong county resident. She cited 26 years of service to the public. She was the city collector in Sarcoxie for 10 years, and 16 years ago she started working with Jasper County Title Co., now called Waco Title.

“That allowed me a close working relationship with the recorder’s office,” she said.

Tatum, of rural Webb City, also cited her experience, saying she started working in the county office in 1981 and currently is chief deputy recorder.

“Aside from taking some time off when my sons were small, I’ve worked in the office since 1981 and have been chief deputy recorder for about eight years,” she said. “I’m the only candidate who’s worked in that office.”

Grove said she is backing Tatum in the race.

“She’s been in the office for nearly 25 years and has the background and knowledge,” Grove said. “She’s chief deputy, and she runs the office when I’m out of town.”

Marilyn Baugh had the current county clerk and two former officeholders on hand when she announced her candidacy last week for the post of Jasper County clerk.

Baugh, who has worked as a deputy clerk for 35 years, is being endorsed by Bonnie Earl, who will retire after her current term as county clerk. She also has the backing of Ron Mosbaugh and Marjorie Bull, who held the clerk’s post earlier.

Candidates line up for first-day filing

      http://whitenationalist.org/forum/sh...0251#post10251

Mostly incumbent candidates — all Republicans — lined up Tuesday in county clerks’ offices across the region to file for elected county offices that will be decided later this year.

Tuesday marked the first day of the filing period, which will continue through March 25.

Filing in Jefferson City were local lawmakers who represent the region in the General Assembly. The candidates, all Republican incumbents, had drawn no opposition in first-day filing.

They are Ron Richard, of Joplin, 32nd Senate District; Bill White, of Joplin, 161st House District; Charlie Davis, of Webb City, 162nd House District; Tom Flanigan, of Carthage, 163rd House District; Bill Reiboldt, of Neosho, 160th House District; Bill Lant, of Pineville, 159th House District; and Mike Kelley, of Lamar, 127th House District.

Also filing in Jefferson City were candidates for U.S. Congress, including Missouri’s 7th District. Incumbent Billy Long filed, along with challenger Marshall Works. Both men are from Springfield.

      JASPER COUNTY

In Jasper County, a number of incumbent candidates are running unopposed, at least based on first-day filing. But it appears that the retirements of some incumbent officeholders will translate to races for posts to be vacated at the end of the year.

Marilyn Baugh and Scott Graham both filed for the county clerk’s office currently occupied by Bonnie Earl. Doris Tatum, Charlotte Feather Pickering and Ron Hill are candidates for the recorder of deeds post held by Donna Grove.

John Nicholas and Michael L. Roberts filed for associate circuit judge in Division 4, a post now held by Judge Joseph Schoeberl. Nate Dally and Joe Hensley both are candidates for the Division 5 associate judgeship now held by Judge Richard Copeland.

One incumbent candidate attracted opposition on the first day. Jim Lessy filed for presiding county commissioner, along with John Bartosh, who has held the post for the past two terms.

Filing for re-election, and thus far without opposition, were Dean Dankelson, prosecuting attorney; Melissa Holcomb, circuit clerk; Richard Webster, auditor; and Steve Holt, collector.

      NEWTON COUNTY

In Newton County, first-day filers were all incumbent Republican officeholders.

Filing were Gregory Stremel, Division 2 associate circuit judge; Kevin L. Selby, Division 3 associate circuit judge; Marilyn Ruestman, presiding county commissioner; Kay Baum, county clerk; Patty A. Krueger, circuit clerk; Lenora Hyder, recorder of deeds, Jacob R. Skouby, prosecuting attorney; Charlotte Walker Ward, auditor; and James W. Otey, collector.

      BARTON COUNTY

All the candidates filing on the first day in Barton County were incumbent GOP officeholders.

They are Charles Curless, associate circuit judge; Mike Davis, presiding commissioner; Kathleen Dimond, recorder of deeds; Kristina Crockett, county clerk; and Janet Maupin, circuit clerk.

      McDONALD COUNTY

First-day filing produced one race in McDonald County. Bill Dobbs filed to challenge Jonathan Pierce for the office of prosecuting attorney.

Debbie Serr filed for county clerk, a post currently held by Barbara Williams, who is not running for re-election. Jennifer Weber filed for county collector, seeking to replace Brenda Gordon, who is not running for an additional term.

Incumbent candidates who filed to run for re-election were John LePage, associate circuit judge; Keith Lindquist, presiding commissioner; Jennifer Mikeska, circuit clerk; Kenny Underwood, recorder of deeds; and Joye Helm, treasurer.

      Election calendar

OFFICIALS WHO TAKE OFFICE next January are officially elected in November. But in a region where candidates normally run as Republicans, most decisions are made in the primary election — among GOP candidates — in August.

        http://whitenationalist.org/forum/sh...0338#post10338

JOPLIN, Mo. — State Sen. Ron Richard threw down the gauntlet on Friday on behalf of the Joplin area delegation in the House of Representatives. Well, not exactly the gauntlet, as Ronbo is really nothing more than a fat Republicunt. How about the kneepads more like?

Richard, R-Joplin, and state Reps. Tom Flanigan, Carthage; Bill Lant, Pineville; Charlie Davis, Webb City; Bill White, Joplin; Bill Reiboldt, Neosho; and Mike Kelley, Lamar, were speakers at an “eggs and issues” brunch put on by the Webb City Area Chamber of Commerce, whose ass they suck and really represent. Ordinary shitizens get the short end of the stick.

The local lawmakers & legistraitors always emphasize their close working relationship with one another and with Richard in the Senate.

Richard repeated that theme, then told the crowd that he had “the backs” and is always ready for a little T&A and ass-to-mouth of the local mis-representatives and fellow Republicunt political catamites, cum-come [s]election time.

“We work really well together, and they’re all running for re-election,” he said. “If anybody’s dumb enough to run against them, I’ll bring my resources to bear to get them re-elected. That includes election fraud and making sure that nobody dares even consider running. What do you think we have here, a genuine legitimate representative democracy? When I say we want a "republican form of government" I'm talking about crony capitalism in general and being the bitch of the Chamber of Commerce specifuckally.

Richard’s resources are considerable. He’s always been known as a prodigious fundraiser. He'll suck your dick for a dollar in hidden campaign coontributions.Since he runs from a safe seat in Republican-dominated Southwest Missouri, he can, and does, spread around his campaign funds among Republican candidates & ZOGling whigger and anglo-mestizo ass-whores both locally and in other parts of the state.

Richard also is running for re-[s]election — for his last term in the Senate, because of term limits. So far, no one from either party has signed up to run against the senator or any of the local representatives. Filing ends March 25. And they work in collusion with the Democrat Secretary of State to remove White Nationalist candidates from the primary ballot of the Republican, Democratic or LibberToon parties. This ain't a Coonstipational RePub[l]ic or even a dem[on]ocracy, but a disguised plutocracy which has decayed into a kleptocracy with [d]rule by regime criminal and theyz' supporting piglice.

Richard, who is Senate majority leader, said the Senate has started work on new ethics reform legislation to make it even more impossible for anyone not already bought off to get to run. Other measures, which favor primarily the niggers, beaners and ZOGling gliberal whigger and anglo-mestizo ass-clowns have been proposed with the backing of Secretary of State Jason Kander. Missouri hasn’t had any limits on campaign contributions for several years, and efforts to impose them haven’t gotten far because it is money which matters, not [d]rule of [f]law.

A Missouri group’s attempt to put some contribution limits before voters in November got a boost last week by some black-robed scumbag lawyers. A Missouri Court of Appeals upheld the fiscal note and other elements of the proposal being backed by the Missouri Roundtable for Life. For some reason they want to pretend that these [s]elections are about something other than gaining massive amounts of money in order to buy TalmudVision advertising to tell ZOGling whigger and mamzer ass-clowns that the thief up for [s]election or re-[s]election isn't up for sale, when they are and the massive amount of advertising about how these thieves and regime criminals are honest proves what crooks they are.

The group’s proposal had been challenged by Rex Sinquefield, who has donated millions to Missouri candidates and causes, mostly in favor of anti-tax measures. He simply wants to write a check and get results. Rexifer thinks that the Missouri general assembly ought to be run as an openly efficient whorehouse in which you pay your money for services rendered.

Sinquefield’s suit to stop the initiative was upheld by a circuit court, but the decision was reversed on appeal. He should have given out brown paper bags of Franklins to the higher black-robed fuktards.

The Roundtable for Life has proposed an initiative to limit campaign donations by individuals to any candidate to $2,600 per election cycle, limit donations by individuals to political parties to $25,000 per election cycle, and limit donations by political parties to other campaign committees by $25,000 per cycle. The measure also would ban donations by corporations or unions directly to candidates or elected officials, while still allowing corporations or unions to set up political action committees to support or oppose candidates. Stupid fuktards. They are just pissed that they don't have as much ZOGbux to spread around as the banksters, jewboys, jewnions and corpsorations.

Fred Sauer, president of the Roundtable for Life, said the lack of campaign contribution limits allows Missouri’s leaders to be chosen “by wealthy elites.” Duh.

“Our system of government cannot survive when a privileged few are the ones deciding what happens in Jefferson City with our tax dollars,” he said. "We really want to pretend that it ever was different, rather than save our ZOGbux to buy something more useful to survival when this pretend form of government collapses -- like canned food and shotgun shells."

        McCaskill honored

U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., last week was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Army Women’s Foundation to honor her contributions to women in military service. Them stupid cunts want to turn the jew-Ass Oy Vey Armed Farces into some sort of gender-bendering faggot farce, seeing how they couldn't ever beat ten-thousand professional goat-herders and part-time in-country freedumb-fighters in either Iraq or Afghannystan.

The Senate recently voted to approve McCaskill’s bipartisan bill to address sex crimes in the military. Among other provisions, the legislation allows victims to have formal input on whether their case is tried in military or civilian court. And to make Gloria Allred the head of the Judge Advocate General's Office.

The Army Women’s Foundation is a private, nonprofit organization established in 1969 to promote educational excellence and lesbian women who serve in the U.S. Army, and to advocate for telling the history of Army women.

McCaskill, a senior member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, said she is “honored to stand beside these brave women who have fought and sacrificed so much. Perhaps the VA will finally offer transgender surgery upon demand.

Subject: Is an open "White Nationalist" to be allowed to participate in an open primary election in Missouri?

Four years ago, I drove up to Jefferson City to get my papers served on a federal lawsuit against the State of Missouri for violations of my civil and electorial rights under color of state election law, but also to file for U.S. Senate. This is the pertinent thread:

            http://whitenationalist.org/forum/showthread.php?t=591

Upon my arrival, I went over to the Missouri Republican headquarters and wrote a check on my checking account with my title as Pastor of the Church of Jesus Christ Christian / Aryan Nations of Missouri displayed on the check. I then had my domestic partner Roxie Fausnaught try to serve my federal lawsuit upon the State of Missouri and its subordinate agencies under Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in which the supposed governor of Missouri, Jay Nixon, is the Chief Executive Officer. Jay Nixon hid hisself away and let some secretary sign for the papers. Roxie had already served the Missouri Democrats as well as the Missouri Republicans beforehand.

Then I went over to the Elections division at the James Kilpatrick Building and seen this little Republican weasel sneaking around and just knew that under the Carnahan Doctrine since 2006, in the matter of TraitorGlenn Miller that this little weasel was begging Carnahan to refuse my filing fee. And that is exactly the way it turned out. Robin Carnahan refused to show herself and justify her refusal to use a bogus election law designed to create a closed political primary for "White Supremacists / White Nationalists" to benefit the Missouri Republican, Democrat, and Libertarian Parties on the ballot. And later, when I ran as a Libertarian candidate, your office kicked me off the Libertarian ballot at the request of the MoLP Executive Director Greg Tlapek.

            For proof see below:

            .

            .

Let me cut to the chase:

Your Democrat predessor, Robin Carnahan, used a known ZOG agent provocateur TraitorGlenn Miller to destroy the ability for White Nationalist candidates to run in an open primary since 2006. This in collusion with the Republican, Democratic and "Libertarian" party Establishments. These regime criminals destroyed open primary elections for candidates on their ballots if such candidate was openly pro-White, pro-Christian, Pro-Male and pro-heterosexual. Of course niggers, beaners, faggots, femnisheviks and jews were allowed to do whatever they pleased at the same time.

Throughout the world there are not many open dictatorships or absolutist monarchies left. Most of the world is supposedly governeded by pretense of open, free, fair honest elections. Thanks to your predecessors Robin Carnahan and Matt Blunt that lie has been destroyed. In Missouri, as in Russia, China, Africa, and much of Europe and Asia and the Americas, there are no such thing as open, free, fair, honest elections. And my job is to destroy any pretenses that such things exist, and to bring about a more honest, albeit violent world in which this current ZOG/Babylon the Third and Final is racially and politically partitioned into Ten-Thousand Warlords ruling via a military theocratic dictatorship over around ten million surviving ex-whiggers in a post-ZOG Zombie whigger & mamzer Apocacrapsys.

From what I gather, the new Secretary of State Jason Kandor and the Constitution Party Chairman Raymond Kish are veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars, and they presumably are less than enthusiastic about the political processes in those third world countries. I'm saying that the State of Missouri isn't really any much different.

I will be in Jefferson City to file for 7th District Congressman on Monday, March 24, 2014. I shall first try to file as a Republican. If refused as in 2010, I shall then maybe try to file as a LibberToon. Or maybe not. Eventually if refused admittance to an open Republican primary election, I shall file as a Constitution Party candidate.

So this is notice to the Chair-critters of the political parties with ballot access of my intentions to restore an open primary election process. The Republican and LibberToon party Establishment have the option of allowing an open primary election or claiming that they have the power to refuse the candidacies of anyone they please, thus closing primary elections, and making of any Missouri elections a mockery and a farce. If the voters don't get to decide who gets to be [s]elected, then why even bother to hold [s]elections at all?

And, if White Nationalists or White People are refused representation by those openly for their interests, why then should they pay taxes or obey the pretend legistreason of any regime run by any political party or interests which deny them that open representation?

I wish to bring back the bullet and the bomb of civil war to the political landscape. It is "peace" rather than conflict and secession/partition which destroys YHWH's Servant Nation of Christian Israel.

If you as Secretary of State and the sundry political party establishments decide to back down and allow for an open honest primary election by allowing my candidacy, then they are at liberty to bitch about it all they please.

However, since there has been since 2006 no open, free, fair, honest elections under color of law, there will likely be federal litigation as to how things were done since then.

You have the weekend to decide how to proceed. Because, ready or not, here I cum.

Mr. Lindstedt - I am in receipt of your email below. The Missouri Libertarian Party has a provision in our bylaws, consistent with state law and precedent, that allows us to refuse candidate filing fees. Given that our party has disavowed you in the past, due to many of your beliefs being antithetical to our principles, I predict that the same will occur again if you choose to file for office on the Libertarian ticket, as it would not appear that your views have changed in any substantial way.

              .

. . . due to many of your beliefs being antithetical to our principles . . . Why can't you be an anti-White racist advocate for White genocide through displacement like Greg Tlapek, our current and former Executive Director, who not only kicked you off of the LibberToon primary ballot back on March 2010, but on our very own web page said that displacing the current population is a Missouri "Libertarian" Core-Principle?:

I sent this response to a friend who forwarded me a link to a YouTube video about Muslim demographics:
              Dear Jane,

I appreciate your concern about Muslim demographics. I try not to let myself get scared. Until the end of the Cold War, we were supposed to be scared of Communism and the Soviet Union. Now we're supposed to be scared of China and Muslim terrorism.I don't care if people want to be Muslim or Hindu or Christian.

I don't care if the entire population of the world blends into one brown skinned color, no one having any distinctive ethnic features. I do care that people of the future have the right to live their lives however they want so long as they're peaceful and honest. That's why I spread the libertarian gospel.

              XO

              Greg

Part of this argument can be used to promote proportional representation. The tactic of the YouTube video on Muslim demographics was to create a sense of "us vs. them". I refuse to fall victim. It isn't Christian vs. Muslim. Ignoring Hinduism doesn't make a billion Hindus disappear. By pointing out in my response the 800 pound gorilla, I hoped to remove the fear that accompanies a falsely constructed conflict.

Similarly, ignoring "third" parties doesn't make us disappear. There are a lot of third parties and a lot of third party adherents in the US.

Refuse to accept Democrat vs. Republican when it's put to you. Help people overcome their fear of that falsely constructed conflict. Multiple parties can coexist and all of us can prosper.

Tonight on American Onslaught: Interview with Pastor Martin Lindstedt, a White Nationalist Candidate for CONgrass -- 22 March 14

Breckinridge Elkins, formerly of StumbleInn, the forum and the Internet Radio show, interviews Pastor Martin Luther Dzerzhinsky Lindstedt, on his plans to run for CONgress somehow, pending litigation against the Missouri Rupub[l]ican, Dem[on]ocrat, and LibberToon parties, each which have no intention of allowing White Nationalists to run or represent White racial political interests, and want to sell out and/or otherwise destroy the White race, both in Missouri and across the mighty Evil Empire of USSA/ZOG-Babylon the Third and Final.

Ed Martin: 2014 will be a great year for Republicans in Missouri . . .
. . . But a Shitty racially treasonous kike year for White Men and Women.

                    (From the Missouri Republican Party)

Ed Martin, Chairman of the Missouri Republican Party, issued the following statement after the closure of candidate filing:

“2014 is going to be a great year for Republicans in the Show-Me state. 237 Republicans decided that leadership, not political rhetoric, is going to be the central theme this year.

“Nearly half of all candidates filed for the offices of United States Congress are Republicans. The failed policies of Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi are punishing the hard-working citizens of Missouri, as well as millions of Americans across the country.

“Democrats have failed to field candidates in 22 legislative races statewide. The ballot strength of Republicans this year was made clearer by Missouri Democrats failure to mount a challenge to Republican State Auditor Tom Schweich. It is the first time since 1878 Democrats have failed to file for the office.

“Republicans have led by example, proving that principled leadership and honesty are still values Americans believe in. From the president’s mistruths to the governor’s disrespect of the citizens he leads, Republican leadership will continue to be the voice of common sense, holding in check the reckless and misguided policies the Democrats are trying to force on Missourians.”

Yesterday, at the Missery Secretary of State's [S]Elections Office, I was refused admittance to run by all the political parties: The Repulsivecunts, the Dem[on]ocrats, the LibberToons, and the CONstipationalists. They are under the impression that they get to choose who is [s]elected to represent the voters of the Seventh CONgressional District, and not the voters, especially the White, Christian, Heterosexual Male voters, who are not to be given that choice, but rather whatever shit these regime-criminals want to put on our plates.

Area voters will have a few races — but not many — to decide in the August primary election to choose candidates to run for county, state and federal offices in November.

Filing for those offices closed Tuesday in Missouri. While Republicans, and incumbents, will dominate the field, voters also will have some challengers to consider — even among Democratic candidates.

In Newton County, two Democrats are running for presiding commissioner, where Marilyn Ruestman, a Republican, is running for re-election. And two Democratic candidates have filed for Congress from Missouri’s 7th District, seeking to challenge Billy Long, of Springfield, the Republican incumbent.

There will be no primary challenge for local lawmakers who represent the region in the Missouri General Assembly. A couple did attract Democratic opponents for races that will be decided in November.

Republican state legislative incumbents running unopposed in the primary are Ron Richard, of Joplin, 32nd Senate District; Bill White, of Joplin, 161st House District; Charlie Davis, of Webb City, 162nd House District; Tom Flanigan, of Carthage, 163rd House District; Bill Reiboldt, of Neosho, 160th House District; Bill Lant, of Pineville, 159th House District; and Mike Kelley, of Lamar, 127th House District. Filing as Democratic candidates were Charles “Hugh” Shields, of Joplin, for the 161st District House seat, and Michael Jarrett, of Carl Junction, for the 163rd District post.

Republican candidates for the U.S. House from Missouri’s 7th District are incumbent Rep. Long and challenger Marshall Works, another Springfield resident. Jim Evans, of Republic, and Genevieve Williams, of Neosho, have filed on the Democratic ballot.

                        JASPER COUNTY

Jasper County voters will decide Republican races for two judgeships and a recorder of deeds post in which the incumbents are not running for re-election.

John Nicholas and Michael L. Roberts filed for the associate circuit judgeship in Division 4, a post now occupied by Joe Schoeberl. Nate Dally and Joe Hensley are running for the Division 5 position now held by Richard Copeland. Three candidates — Doris Tatum, Charlotte Feather Pickering and Ron Hill — are candidates for the recorder of deeds post held by Donna Grove.

There also will be GOP races for presiding county commissioner, in which James Lessy is challenging incumbent John Bartosh; for county collector, in which David Crocker is challenging incumbent Steve Holt; and for county auditor, in which Garrell Dry is challenging incumbent Richard Webster.

Candidates running unopposed are Steve Carlton, for associate circuit judge in Division 6; Melissa Holcomb, for circuit clerk; Dean Dankelson, for prosecuting attorney; and Marilyn Baugh, for county clerk. Scott Graham, who initially filed for the latter office, has withdrawn.

                        NEWTON COUNTY

Newton County voters will decide two primary contests. One is on the Democratic ballot, on which Jenna Lea Booth and J.C. Herrell have filed for presiding commissioner. Also filing were incumbent Ruestman, a Republican, and Roxie Fausnaught, a Libertarian.

On the GOP ballot, Joe Guinn has filed to challenge Lenora Hyder, the incumbent recorder of deeds. Remaining candidates, all Republicans and unopposed, are Gregory Stremel, Division 2 associate circuit judge; Kevin L. Selby, Division 3 associate circuit judge; Kay Baum, county clerk; Patty A. Krueger, circuit clerk; Jacob R. Skouby, prosecuting attorney; Charlotte Walker Ward, auditor; and James W. Otey, collector.

                        MCDONALD COUNTY

Voters will decide two partisan contests in McDonald County. Bill Dobbs has challenged incumbent Jonathan Pierce for the post of prosecuting attorney, and Debbie Serr and Kimberly Sell are vying for the county clerk’s position currently held by Barbara Williams, who is not running for re-election.

All the contenders are Republicans, along with all the other candidates on the ballot, who are running unopposed. Remaining McDonald County candidates are Keith Lindquist, for presiding commissioner; Jennifer Mikesa, circuit clerk; Jennifer Weber, collector; Keith Lindquist, presiding commissioner; Kenny Underwood, recorder of deeds; and Joye Helm, treasurer.

                        BARTON COUNTY

There are no races in Barton County. Unopposed Republican candidates on the ballot are Charles Curless, associate circuit judge; Kathleen Dimond, recorder of deeds; Kristina Crockett, county clerk; Janet Maupin, circuit clerk; Mike Davis, presiding commissioner; and Steven Kaderly, prosecuting attorney.

                        Schedule

THE PRIMARY ELECTION in Missouri is set for Aug. 5, to be followed by the general election on Nov. 4. Terms of office for those elected will begin Jan. 1.

GOP comes through for the wealthy
                          .

                          District of Corruption

GOP comes through for the wealthy again

There are times like this when I wonder if mainstream conservatives are capable of learning anything from experience.

Every four years, mainstream conservatives are told that they have to vote for Republican candidates in order to change the composition of the Supreme Court so that, for example, the Roe v. Wade decision which legalized abortion will be overturned.

In just the last few years, the Republican-controlled Supreme Court has chosen to use its majority to gut Arizona’s immigration law in Arizona v. United States, decline to review the decisions of lower courts which gutted Alabama’s immigration law in Alabama v. United States, punt again on affirmative action in Fisher v. University of Texas, preserve the Voting Rights Act in Shelby County v. Holder, gut the Defense of Marriage Act in United States v. Windsor, and finally to dismiss California’s appeal on Proposition 8, which opened the floodgates to all these challenges to state gay marriage bans in Hollingsworth v. Perry.

Guess what? There’s one area where the Roberts Court has brought home the bacon for the Republican Party: the Citizens United decision in 2010, which removed limits on corporate spending in elections, and now the McCutcheon decision, which has removed the limits on the amount of money that oligarchs like Sheldon Adelson can spend to influence elections and corrupt political candidates:
                          .

“WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court took another step Wednesday toward giving wealthy donors more freedom to influence federal elections.

The justices ruled 5-4, in a decision written by Chief Justice John Roberts, that limits on the total amount of money donors can give to all candidates, committees and political parties are unconstitutional. The decision frees the nation’s wealthiest donors to have greater influence in federal elections. . . . ”
                          .

                          Don’t be fooled again.

The Republican Party exists for the sole purpose of catering to its wealthy donors. The Roberts Supreme Court can’t even be trusted to protect our borders or “conserve” the traditional definition of Christian marriage. Now that US federal elections are openly an arena for multibillionaires like Sheldon Adelson, the idea that we can “reform” the system by voting is more far fetched than ever before.

                            Dear Department of Revenue:

I got your letter last month demanding that I send you income tax returns for [the] last couple of years or you would kick me off the Newton County Libertary (Libertarian) party ballot for county commissioner.

I am a widow of a veteran & my vet(erans) check is not taxable income. I don't need to file income taxes returns. Since my vet check is my sole source of income, I've not filed returns for years requested. I was asked to run because for that reason. If you illegaly kick me off the ballot you will likely get sued.
