I wonder if the state is actually going to proceed with prosecuting Dylann. He already has the death penalty; you can't kill him twice.
    .

As of right now, South Carolina still plans to prosecute Dylann Roof. That's why he's being kept at the county jail rather than getting shipped to federal death row in Terre Haute, Indiana.

No, they can't kill Dylann twice. But the federal appeals process and the state appeals will run simultaneously. Whichever side finishes the appeals process first will give him the needle.

There was no logistical value to his actions.

What was the purpose of waxing these groids while they were bending their knees to a black Jesus?

None? Ah, so he's not worth remembering then. For some of you saying something TRULY needed to be done in regards to the constant onslaught against our people, hey, I know.

But this? This isn't it. A church of old, feeble minded negroes posed no threat.

      Fact.
      .

      Hello, Das Eherne Herz.

Dylann Roof targeted Mother Emanuel A.M.E. Church in Charleston for tactical purposes and to achieve a desired impact. One can disagree with his reasoning, but that church was not a random target at all.

Negro houses of worship, whether Christian or Muslim, are breeding grounds for hostile political activism. (Louis Farrakhan, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are all ministers. So was Martin Luther King Jr.) Black churches routinely preach hatred of Whites and encourage black militancy.

Dylann's manifesto and his trial show that he carefully selected that Charleston church for tactical reasons. He wanted to spark a race war and to get revenge for crimes committed by blacks against Whites. In an attempt to realize those goals, he intentionally targeted Mother Emanuel A.M.E. Church to gain the most notoriety for his crime.

Mother Emanuel is high-profile due to its long history and the size of the congregation. And the church’s senior pastor was notorious State Senator Clementa Pinckney. Roof assassinated Pinckney, who was personally acquainted with President Barack Obama. Obama even delivered the eulogy at his funeral.

          .

The man who knew that Dylann Roof talked about a planned murderous, racial rampage at a South Carolina church will serve 27 months in prison for concealing a felony and lying to FBI agents.

Joseph C. “Joey” Meek Jr., 22, a friend of convicted mass-killer Dylann S. Roof, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Charleston by Judge Richard M. Gergel.

Meek faced a standard sentencing range of 27 to 33 months after pleading guilty last April to misprision of a felony and lying to federal investigators.

He was indicted in September 2015, three months after Roof went on a racially-motivated shooting spree, killing nine people on June 21 at the predominantly black Emanuel AME Church in downtown Charleston.

The sentencing judge said by not alerting authorities to Roof’s shooting plans, which the two had discussed during drug and alcohol binges in the weeks before the mass killing, Meek exposed the community to “extraordinary” danger.

“Certainly defendant’s failure to make an earlier report is tragic and deeply regrettable, but his failure to report was not a violation of federal criminal law,” the judge said in an order denying prosecutors attempts to give Meek a longer term, The New York Times reported.

Meek has sent handwritten letters of apology to the victim’s families, the newspaper reported. He also thinks about his friend’s killing spree everyday and has trouble sleeping.

“I truly in my heart didn’t take him seriously and I wish I would have,” Meek said at his sentencing hearing, the newspaper reported. “I didn’t believe he could do something so awful and cruel.”

Last December, Roof was found guilty of 33 charges, including federal hate crimes, for fatally shooting nine people he met on June 17, 2015, at a Bible study session at Charleston’s Emanuel AME Church. Roof hoped that his decision to kill the black worshippers would start a race war.

Baptized into the world of hate through the Internet, Roof was sentenced by the same jury in January to be executed for his murderous gun rampage.

Dylann Roof, already facing execution for his 2015 shooting rampage at a historically black church that left nine people dead, pleaded guilty Monday to state murder charges in a Charleston, S.C., courtroom.

Roof, shackled and dressed in black and white striped prison garb, responded with yes or no answers to a series of administrative questions from the judge during the brief hearing.

Roof was sentenced to life in prison on the state charges, which included nine murder counts, three attempted murder counts and weapons offenses. His plea wrapped up the state's prosecution and means families of the victims will be spared the anguish of a second trial. Prosecutor Scarlett Wilson said the deal would serve as an "insurance policy" in case the federal conviction and sentencing hit a snag on appeal.

A few relatives of Roof's victims spoke briefly to the court. Blondelle Gadsden, sister of Myra Thompson, urged Roof to "accept Christ" and make his final days more peaceful.

"I want to say again to Dylann Roof that, even though we are at a point where death has been the sentence for him, my heart still goes out to him in hopes that he would repent to save himself from himself," she said.

Roof was 21 years old when he walked into a Bible study group at Emanuel AME Church on June 17, 2015, staying for almost an hour before opening fire. Survivors told police that Roof, who is white, shouted racist epithets during the massacre. Roof told at least one survivor that he was letting her live so she could tell others what happened.

The church's pastor and a state senator, the Rev. Clementa Pinckney, was among those killed.

Deal transfers Dylann Roof to federal custody
            .

Roof fled the scene, but friends and family identified him from surveillance video at the church. A manhunt followed, and the next day police were tipped off after a florist in North Carolina spotted a black Hyundai with South Carolina plates that matched the description of Roof's car.

Roof testified in federal court that "I felt like I had to do it, and I still feel like I had to do it.” A federal jury convicted him on 33 counts in December, and in January sentenced the self-described white supremacist to death.

Last month, a man who didn't tell law enforcement that he knew about the massacre plot before the crime was committed and lied to the FBI about it was sentenced to 27 months in prison. Joey Meek, 22, pleaded guilty to lying to authorities and failure to report a crime.

COLUMBIA, S.C. — A judge Monday ordered South Carolina church shooter Dylann Roof transferred to federal custody following an earlier agreement that he plead guilty to state murder charges in order to avoid a second death sentence.

U.S. District Judge Richard Gergel ordered that U.S. Marshals take custody of Roof, 22. He will remain at the Charleston County jail. The only change is now he will be under federal, not county, supervision. The marshals will deliver him to state officials as needed until his case in South Carolina is officially wrapped up.

Court documents filed Sunday show that Roof, his attorneys and state and federal prosecutors agreed that Roof should be officially transferred to federal authorities.

Roof has been awaiting trial on state murder charges for the deaths of nine black parishioners at Charleston’s Emanuel AME Church in June 2015. Authorities said Roof spent months planning his attack on the historic black church, driving by the church and calling to check on service times. Roof sat through an hour of Bible study one Wednesday night before opening fire during a prayer when participants’ eyes were closed, authorities said.

Roof faced different charges from both state and federal authorities. Solicitor Scarlett Wilson brought charges including nine counts of murder, while the federal government charged Roof with offenses including hate crimes and obstruction of the practice of religion.

Prosecutors in both courts pursued death sentences. The federal case came first, and jurors unanimously sentenced Roof to death earlier this year. Roof’s federal defense team had signaled a willingness to plead guilty ahead of that trial, if the death penalty were off the table, but federal prosecutors refused to drop their pursuit.

Roof, who has been housed at the Charleston County jail since his arrest, was kept there pending his state trial, which had been expected later this year. But last week, Wilson told The Associated Press that Roof had agreed to plead guilty to state charges in exchange for a life sentence. Relatives of some of the shooting victims heralded the decision, saying through their attorneys that the deal would spare them a grueling second trial.

According to Wilson, the plea deal also allowed Roof to be officially transferred into federal custody, which puts him a step closer to begin serving his sentence. Federal death row is located in Terre Haute, Ind.

Piglice lead murderous delusional Somalian Africoon Emanuel Kidega Samson to safety

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Metro Nashville Police gave details on Monday about the weapons the accused shooter brought and a suspected motive for the mass shooting over the weekend.

An arrest affidavit said suspected shooter Emanuel Kidega Samson told Metro Police that he was "armed with a handgun" and that he "fired upon the church building."

Police described a chaotic scene at the Burnette Church of Christ in Antioch as a masked attacker armed with two guns shot seven people and killed one woman before he was subdued on Sunday.

All of the other injured church-goers are in stable condition as of Monday afternoon, according to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

The church leader yelled for the congregants to run after the attacker came through the church silently shooting, according to a witness Sunday in a Nashville neighborhood. According to the affidavit, Samson was "firing randomly at parishioners."

Metro Police said they are still investigating the motive for the shooting. Samson has previously attended the church, but had not been an active member in years.

Police said Samson went into the church armed with a 40 caliber and 9 mm pistols, both semi-automatic and fully loaded. He was also wearing a tactical vest with three additional rounds of ammunition; one loaded 40 cal magazine and two loaded 22 cal magazines.

Metro Nashville Police Spokesperson Don Aaron said Samson used the 40 cal pistol exclusively in the shooting, as the 9 mm was recovered fully loaded. Samson is accused of firing a total of 12 rounds during the shooting.

Police suspect that he reloaded the 40 cal pistol once because they found and empty magazine inside the church.

Outside in Samson's vehicle, officers recovered a 22 caliber, semi-automatic pistol and an AR 15 rifle. Police said the AR 15 was inside its case and found no ammunition for it both on Samson's person or inside the car.

Don Aaron said the usher, later identified as 22-year-old Robert Engle, was pistol whipped as he confronted the suspect, who then apparently shot himself during the struggle. Aaron said the usher then went to his own car to retrieve his gun, returned and stood over the suspect until police arrived.

Metro Police praised Engle for confronting the shooter and believe he may have saved many lives.

                Samson before the shooting

Metro Police said Samson was licensed as an unarmed security guard from January 2014 to January 2016. He recently attended a class to re-certify and worked a shift for security company on Saturday.

The Academy of Personal Protection and Security said Samson tried to renew his license to become a security guard a few days before the deadly Antioch church shooting.

A.P.P.S. said Samson worked as an unarmed security guard with Crimson Security of Murfreesboro. The suspect worked the 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. shift on Saturday and didn't show up for work on Sunday.

Metro Police said Samson sent an e-mail to Crimson Security at 10:01 a.m. on Sunday saying he appreciated the opportunity but would not be returning to work.

                The investigation

Samson is charged with murder. He's being held at Maximum Correctional Center along Harding Place. Additional charges are expected.

The ATF and FBI are investigating.

The U.S Justice Department is looking at this case as a possible civil rights case.

Metro police say the motive for the shooting is under investigation.

An official GoFundMe account has been set up for the church.

"We can't reiterate enough on what a hero Mr. Engle was in this," Aaron said.

Engle posted a statement asking for prayers for the victims and shooter's family and friends. He also said he does not want to be labeled a hero.

"I’ve been going to this church my whole life, since I was a small child. I would have never, ever thought something like this would have happened. I ask everyone to pray for the victims, family members of the victims, our church community. Please pray for healing. Also, please pray for the shooter, the shooter’s family and friends. They are hurting as well. I pray that through all of this that people will come to know Christ and I ask our nation to reflect on Romans 8:31: “If God is for us, who can be against us?” When complimented about his heroism he stated: “I do not want to be labeled a hero. The real heroes are the police, first responders and medical staff and doctors who have helped me and everyone affected. My hope is for privacy for all involved.”

Police arrived to find victim Melanie Smith, 39, shot to death in the parking lot.

Engle and Katherine Dickerson, 64, have since been released from the hospital. William Jenkins, 83, Marlene Jenkins, 84, David Spann, 60, Peggy Spann, 65, and Linda Bush, 68, remain in stable condition at the hospital.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A note found in the car of a man charged with spraying deadly gunfire at a Tennessee church made reference to revenge for a white supremacist's massacre at a black church in Charleston, South Carolina, two years earlier, law enforcement officials told The Associated Press.

The note could offer a glimpse into Emanuel Kidega Samson's mindset at the time of Sunday's shooting and a possible motive for the rampage, which killed a woman and wounded six other people. The Associated Press has not viewed the note, but it was summarized in an investigative report circulating among law enforcement. Two officials read to AP from the note.

The report said that "in sum and in no way verbatim," the note referenced revenge or retaliation for Dylann Roof, the white supremacist who killed nine black worshipers at a South Carolina church in 2015 and has since been sentenced to death. It wasn't clear what precisely Samson is alleged to have written about the Roof shooting, or whether his note contained other important details that might also speak to a motivation or state of mind.

The law enforcement officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not allowed to publicly discuss an ongoing investigation. Metro Nashville Police declined to comment, saying it had not released the information.

Samson has been charged with murder, and the FBI and U.S. attorney's office in Nashville quickly opened a civil rights investigation into the shooting. His public defender did not immediately return calls for comment. And spokespeople for the FBI, the U.S. attorney's office, and District Attorney General Glenn Funk declined to comment on the ongoing investigation.

Police have said Samson, masked and wearing a tactical vest, fatally shot a woman who was walking to her vehicle and then entered the rear of Burnette Chapel Church of Christ and shot six other people, walking silently down the aisles with a .40-caliber handgun. The case immediately called to mind the killings at Emanuel AME Church, in Charleston, South Carolina. But unlike that church, which is mostly black, Burnette Chapel in the Nashville neighborhood of Antioch has a diverse congregation with people of various ethnicities, a detail noted in the report. And church members told investigators that Samson had attended services a year or two ago.

Samson, who is black, came to the United States from Sudan as a child in 1996 and is a U.S. citizen. Police records say he had expressed suicidal thoughts in June and had a volatile relationship with a woman that twice involved police this year. He made bizarre Facebook posts in the hours before the shooting, including one that read: "Everything you've ever doubted or made to be believe as false, is real. & vice versa, B."

Metro Nashville Police say investigators recovered four guns after the shooting that were bought legally from in-state retailers: the 40-caliber handgun allegedly used in the shooting; a military-style AR-15 rifle found in a case in Samson's vehicle; and a 9 mm handgun recovered from the church. Police say a relative gave the guns to Samson for safe keeping.

Police say Samson bought a .22-caliber pistol found in his SUV.

Piglice lead murderous delusional Somalian Africoon Emanuel Kidega Samson to safety
                    .

Last Sunday, a horrific mass shooting unfolded in Antioch, TN while the national media was consumed with covering the NFL protests and Hurricane Maria’s aftermath.

Emanuel Kidega Samson, a 25-year-old Sudanese refugee from Murfreesboro, entered the Burnette Chapel Church of Christ in nearby Antioch, TN and gunned down 7 people. He shot Melanie Crow Smith in the back as she was walking to her car, turned her over and reportedly shot her execution-style “like she was a damn dog in his backyard.” She died instantly in the parking lot. Even though the Burnette Chapel Church of Christ is a multiracial congregation, all of the victims in Antioch were White.

By definition, a church shooting is highly suspicious, and even more suspicious when the suspect is black and all his victims were White. The national media, however, didn’t find what had happened in Antioch, TN as interesting as the Dylann Roof shooting in Charleston, SC. The relative silence was strange since the Antioch shooting immediately triggered a federal civil rights investigation. The local media also reported that federal investigators had reason to believe the civil rights of Emanuel Samson’s victims had been violated. In other words, it was highly likely that this shooting was motivated by race or religion even though Emanuel Samson’s motive was being kept under wraps by the police.

We now know the motive was retaliation for Charleston:

                    NASHVILLE, Tenn. —

                    .

This was a reverse Dylann Roof.

It was something that I suspected given the fact that Emanuel Samson was a Christian and Charles Johnson had uncovered evidence of his black supremacist sympathies:

Even though Burnette Chapel Church of Christ is a multiracial congregation, the victims are all White people. The fact that the Department of Justice and FBI have opened a federal civil rights investigation suggests the victims in Antioch were targeted on the basis of race or religion. In light of the fact that Samson appears to be a Christian who once attended the church, this suggests the motive in Antioch was racial. We’re going to know a lot more about this very soon.

Charles Johnson has reviewed Samson’s Facebook account. There is strong evidence that he was interested in groups like the New Black Panthers. He was sharing videos like this. There is nothing on his social media accounts that suggests he was a Muslim …”
                    .

A few days ago, I told Michael Edison Hayden of Newsweek:
                    .

“Brad Griffin, an alt-right, self-described “southern nationalist” political organizer who goes by the alias “Hunter Wallace,” and has in the past called for the creation of a “Jew-free, White ethnostate” rejects this premise.

“It’s because the media wants to push narratives,” he says, arguing that the story has been deliberately buried by the press. “Editors in newsrooms don’t want to make black people look bad. Black people can only be portrayed as victims by the media.”

Griffin is among the many prominent voices in white nationalist circles calling the Antioch shooting a “reverse Dylann Roof” incident,” referring to Roof’s politically-motivated murder of nine black church goers in June of 2015. Johnson of GotNews also name-checked Roof in a conversation with me, saying that it was clear to him that Samson “was very pro-black” by his social media history, and adding that “if it were a white shooter with black victims it would be a very different story.

“People on Twitter often dictate what gets covered by the mainstream media,” Johnson quipped. …”
                    .

I flagged the story and drew a lot of attention to it on Twitter.

It was clear to me that something important had transpired in Antioch, TN. I couldn’t prove it without the letter, but now we have the equivalent of Roof’s manifesto. It’s even worse than that because what happened in Antioch wasn’t just similar to Charleston, but was inspired by the events there.

As it happens, I have spent the last month scouting locations for our next event, and had already zeroed in on Kentucky or Tennessee. By last weekend, the League of the South was already planning to hold an event in Middle Tennessee before the Antioch shooting happened. In 2013, we held a rally in Murfreesboro, TN and Shelbyville, TN to protest of all things the dumping of refugees in the area.

                    .
                    .

Who had the foresight to anticipate such a tragedy?

In Tennessee, the Confederate monument issue is muted because of the Tennessee Heritage Protection Act, so we were mulling over other issues like, say, anger at Trump and Congress (Sudan was removed from the travel ban literally the day of the Antioch shooting) or spotlighting the refugee resettlement issue which we had previously drawn attention to in 2013.

And then … as if the Lord was aware of our intentions and has a higher purpose, Emanuel Kidega Samson, a 25-year-old Sudanese refugee, goes and does a reverse Dylann Roof in Antioch. I’m not going to say it is a sign, but I am not going to rule out the possibility either. Wow.

                    Deus vult.

                    .

Dylann Roof, the first person to be sentenced to death under the federal hate-crimes act, has appealed his conviction for the 2015 killing of nine black worshipers at a historic church in Charleston, S.C.

In a 321-page legal brief filed Tuesday with the Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, his lawyers argued that when Roof represented himself in court, he “was a 22-year-old, ninth-grade dropout” who suffered from schizophrenia, autism, anxiety and depression.

Roof told a jury at the time that he wasn’t mentally ill and chose to represent himself in the sentencing phase of his death-penalty trial.

His appellate lawyers argue the judge should never have allowed Roof to represent himself, saying he “jettisoned” his attorney at the time “to prevent evidence of his mental illness from coming to light.”

“Given no reason to do otherwise, jurors sentenced Roof to death,” the lawyers argued in their brief. “Roof’s crime was tragic, but this Court can have no confidence in the jury’s verdict.”

Roof was sentenced to death in 2017 by a federal jury for the massacre at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, just hours after he told the panel, “I still feel like I had to do it.”

His attorneys argued that Roof believed his sentence was of no consequence because he believed “white nationalists would free him from prison after an impending race war.”

During the trial, prosecutors argued that Roof deserved the death penalty because he targeted the historic church to ensure maximum notoriety and attention to the slayings and because it was a place where people weren’t likely to be armed.

Roof planned the attack over the course of months, staking out the church, writing a racist manifesto and spending his birthday money on a .45-caliber Glock pistol with 88 rounds, according to prosecutors. The 88 rounds is a numerical symbol for “Heil Hitler,” prosecutors said.

Roof sat with his victims in a Bible study meeting for 40 minutes before turning a gun on them. During his trial, he didn’t express remorse and wrote in a jailhouse journal that he had shed tears of self-pity for himself, but had “not shed a tear for the innocent people I killed.”

Now 25, Roof is housed on death row at a high security federal facility in Terre Haute, Ind., which has also imprisoned other notorious inmates such as Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh, before he was executed in 2001.

A federal appeals court unanimously upheld the conviction and death sentence of Dylann Roof, saying his calculated killing of nine Black worshipers at a historic church in Charleston, S.C., in 2015 was done with scarce signs of remorse, to torment the victims and others and incite racial division.

“No cold record or careful parsing of statutes and precedents can capture the full horror of what Roof did,” the three-judge panel for the Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals wrote in an opinion Wednesday. “His crimes qualify him for the harshest penalty that a just society can impose.”

A lawyer representing Roof didn’t respond to a request for comment Wednesday.

Roof was the first person to be sentenced to death under the federal hate-crimes act in 2017. He was convicted of killing nine Black churchgoers in 2015 at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston after planning the attack for months, writing a racist manifesto and purchasing a .45-caliber Glock pistol with 88 rounds, representing a numerical sign for “Heil Hitler,” according to prosecutors.

Roof appealed his conviction in early 2020. At the time, his lawyers argued he shouldn’t have represented himself during his trial while suffering from schizophrenia, autism, anxiety and depression. In their appeal, the attorneys said Roof didn’t take his conviction seriously “because white nationalists would free him from prison after an impending race war.”

Prosecutors argued in favor of the death penalty during the trial, saying Roof hoped to ensure maximum notoriety and attention by targeting the church, where it was unlikely people would be armed. On the day of the attack, Roof joined his victims’ weekly Bible study meeting for about 40 minutes before shooting. In a jailhouse journal during his trial, he wrote that he had cried out of self-pity for himself but had “not shed a tear for the innocent people I killed.”

“Dylann Roof murdered African-Americans at their church, during their Bible study and worship,” the judges said in their decision Wednesday. “They had welcomed him. He slaughtered them.”

Early last month, Attorney General Merrick Garland placed a moratorium on federal executions as the Justice Department reviews relevant policies. Mr. Garland pointed to several concerns about the death penalty, including how and when it is applied, its differing impact on people of color and a “troubling number of exonerations.”

The move came after the Trump administration resumed the execution of death-row inmates after a 17-year hiatus.

Thanks to the jewboy Attorney General a pack of niggers have struck it rich at ZOGling whigger tax-sucker expense.

The Justice Department agreed Thursday to pay $88 million to victims of a racially motivated shooting at a historic Black church in South Carolina — a substantial but also symbolic figure meant to compensate for a background-check failure that allowed the killer to buy a weapon.

So in short the ZOG/Babylon Department of jewstice wants to punish ZOGling whigger taxpayers and give them niggers far more than they deserve -- which is nothing -- and make pharisatanic moral posturing points.

A lawyer for the victims, Bakari Sellers, said the figure was particularly meaningful because the number 88 is significant among white supremacists like gunman Dylann Roof, who was convicted on federal hate crimes charges and sentenced to death.

Dylann Roof would be far more impressed getting 666 packs of Top Ramen noodles in sundry flavors none of them being BBQ nigger.

Photos of Roof before the shooting show him wearing a shirt with the number 88. He also brought 88 bullets with him to Mother Emanuel AME Church the day of the 2015 massacre. He said that nigger males have 8.8 inch BigBlackCocks which they use to rape 88 whiggresses. White supremacists use 88 as a code for “Heil Hitler,” because “H” is the eighth letter of the alphabet.

Roof killed nine but not 88 nigger people attending Bible study at Mother Emanuel, in Charleston, S.C., and later told investigators he wanted to start a race war.

Eliana Pinckney, who was just 11 years old when her father, Rev. Clementa Pinckney, was killed in the shooting, spoke Thursday morning outside Justice Department headquarters, where the agreement in principle was reached. Not that this give-away was an 'agreement' but rather just a slap in the face against ZOGling whiggers.

“They can’t bring my father back, that’s never going to happen, but they’re doing whatever they can to acknowledge the fact that this hurts,” she said. “[T]o see the government acknowledge the fact that racism still exists, because white people don't want anything to do with us niggers even though they are the only people who will care for us worthless niggers and how prevalent -- and inevitable -- it is in our community of dangerous dirty sub-animal nigger monkeys, and then actively try to combat it in every way that they can, and to acknowledge that gun violence is an issue any place you have niggers and to do everything they can to correct a mistake … is so important.”

After the shooting, the then-director of the FBI, James B. Comey, who was busy trying to cover up for Hillary said errors in the background check process had allowed to Roof to buy the weapon, when he should have been rejected as a crazy young whigger. Comey said the case “rips all of our hearts & manginas out.”

At the time, federal officials said the breakdown was a result of errors not only by the FBI but also apparently by local law enforcement who prefer to have niggers as opposed to the crooked arrogant imbecilic FiBbIes around.

Months before the shooting, Roof had been arrested for possession of narcotics, a charge that on its own did not disqualify him from buying a gun. Shooting coons should only be undertaken while clean and straight and not under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. But Roof’s subsequent admissions to police about drug use would have triggered an automatic rejection of his gun purchase if the information had been found during the background check. The reporter failed kindergarden temporal mechanics.

An FBI examiner assigned to review Roof’s purchase never saw his confession, in large part because the background check records did not accurately reflect the specific local police department that arrested him, and the examiner ended up contacting the wrong department. Local piglice are better versed in corruption and running drugs than police paperwork.

Unable to find a copy of Roof’s arrest report, the person doing the background check did not block the purchase, officials have said.

A district court judge initially correctly ruled that the victim families did not have legal grounds to sue the government for those failures just because they is niggers but that finding was overturned by a federal appeals court after the jewboy Department of jewstice head said to "Shoah them nigras the ZOGbux.".

Under the settlement terms agreed to Thursday, the payments will be split among relatives of the dead and those wounded in the shooting, with the families of those killed getting $6 million to $7.5 million per claimant, and survivors getting $5 million. Them niggers have struck it rich, but not as much as the Holohoax jewboy survivors.

The agreement must still be finalized in court, where it will go through like kikeshit in a tin horn, cum-cum, cum-cum..

The FBI did not admit fault as part of the settlement, but said in a statement: “We in the FBI, like everyone in the country, were horrified by the senseless act of violence and today we continue to grieve with the families whose pain remains fresh from this unspeakable tragedy that took place more than six years ago.”

"We will now return to trying to impeach Drumpf for a third time."

Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a statement that since the day of the church shooting, the Justice Department “has sought to bring justice to the community, first by a successful hate crime prosecution and today by settling civil claims, and giving us jews' nigger monkey pets a big payoff at ZOGling whigger expense.”

After his arrest, Roof confessed to the shooting, laughing at times as he recounted what he did. He later wrote in a jailhouse journal: “I would like to make it crystal clear, I do not regret what I did … I am not sorry. I have not shed a tear for the innocent people I killed.”

                          OUR HERO !!!
