I'm a jewspaper/liepaper. I lie like a rug and invariably side with the Newton County regime criminals and piglice.

I'm here to tell my lies to those who want to look in and listen to what is going on, recently or in the past.

Feel free to make a comment on my kikeshit. After all, it shows that someone is actually reading the idiotic kikesucking thing.

Pineville, Mo. — It could have been a scene out of the 1938 movie “Jesse James” that was filmed here, but it wasn’t.

Just before the start of an accused cattle rustler’s trial, the defendant’s elderly father threatened to kill the judge.

The trial for Holder P. Crow, 44, of Garfield, Ark., began Thursday in McDonald County Associate Circuit Court Judge John LePage’s courtroom. Holder and two others were arrested last September and charged with 11 counts of cattle theft and four counts of animal abuse.

However, on Wednesday, McDonald County deputies arrested Holder’s 79-year-old father, Arthur P. Crow of Pineville after he allegedly threatened to kill LePage.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed by Deputy William Travis Horn, the older Crow reportedly phoned the Springfield Metro Bar Assocation, telling Daniel Clay, an attorney there, “that Judge LePage needed to die, that he had the means to do it, and was going to take the matter into his own hands.”

Arthur Crow is currently being held in the McDonald County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond. He was charged with tampering with a judicial proceeding, a Class C felony punishable by up to seven years in prison, if a conviction is reached.

Holder Crow, along with Ricky K. Obenshain, 34, of Hinesville, Ark., and Stephanie Weston, 36, of Pea Ridge, were arrested Sept. 8 after a motorist traveling north on U.S. 71 spotted what appeared to be a cow’s leg dragged beneath a trailer as it was pulled north on the highway. Shortly afterward, troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol stopped a 1986 Ford pickup and the trailer near Route B. Inside the trailer, troopers found 11 head of cattle with the leg of one cow sticking through a hole in the floor and dragging on the roadway. Because of injuries, four of the cattle had to be destroyed at a local veterinarian’s office, a highway patrol spokesman said.

It was later determined the cattle had been taken from southern McDonald County.

Holder’s trial is expected to conclude today.

In January, Obenshain pleaded guilty to a charge of stealing more than $500, but less than $25,000 and animal abuse. He was sentenced to eight years in prison. A jury trial has been set for June 29 for Weston.

Stupid, stupid, stupid. The wrong time to do the wrong thing. This crooked piece of shit judge, LePage, would only be even harder on the Defendant given that this elderly father threatened to allegedly plug the evil bastard.

And so it was. The son got found guilty of thirteen counts of stealing eleven head of cattle -- I don't know how that is possible but the pub[l]ic prostitutors routinely overcharge on every single kort case -- and doubtless the dirty thieving mamzer jewdge LePage refused to recuse itself against the son and who put his thumb on the scale during the kangaroo kort trial and will end up sentencing the son on those thirteen guilty counts.

But it would have been better if the elderly father had simply detonated a suicide bomb in the korthouse or pulled a Timothy McVeigh or simply engaged in prion poisoning by feeding some Chronic Wasting Disease deer to other deer or to cattle, given that his sonny boy seems to know how to round them up.

In any case, this elderly coot from a more stalwart age who lived through the Depression and learned that the banksters, jewdges and piglice are not always right at least stood up for his son, albeit stupidly. The old man should have used superior guile to get his own way, looking at the local jurors and glaring at them so that they figured out it would be healthier to return a 'not guilty' verdict.

Yes, I can see a lot of scared piglice arresting this old man. Pigs are so cowardly.

I remember back on Nov. 12, 2004 when I saw this fat piece

Newton County tax-feeders approve quarter-cent sales tax for county roads

Newton County voters approve tax for roads

        By Jeff Lehr

        November 8, 2011

Voters who turned out Tuesday in Newton County and in Jane in McDonald County approved a sales tax hike and advanced an annexation issue.

Newton County voters approved a quarter-cent sales tax to fund road and bridge maintenance by a margin of 1,540 votes to 857 votes, according to the county clerk’s office.

County Commissioner Jerry Black in a telephone interview Tuesday night said the commissioners are grateful for the support from voters.

“We appreciate the voters’ support and the confidence they put in us, and we will make an effort to improve the roads in Newton County over the next few years,” he said.

Black said about half of the anticipated $1.5 million in annual revenue will go to address the funding disparities among the county’s seven road districts.

Black said the margin of victory illustrates the poor condition of many county roads.

“It was a very low turnout, but the margin that it passed by speaks about how important it is to some people and (that) it is a real need,” he said.

Roy and Julia Lankford, who live on Hotel Springs Road outside Seneca, said in an interview Tuesday night outside Seneca City Hall that they voted for the tax. Roy Lankford said that in the past, he and his neighbors volunteered their time to shovel asphalt into the potholes along their road.

Neosho attorney Andy Wood, as he stepped out of the polling place at The Civic in Neosho, said he voted for the measure “with reservations.”

“The need is justified, but sales taxes are getting crazy,” he said.

Total sales tax rates in Newton County vary from one town or taxing jurisdiction to the next. Shoppers in Neosho now pay a combined sales tax rate of 7.6 percent, and those making purchases at Joplin businesses within Newton County pay 7.725 percent. The quarter-cent tax will be added to those Jan. 1.

Black said that if the measure had failed, the commissioners didn’t have a plan B. There was no other source of revenue.

“I think people understand that we couldn’t continue the way we were,” he said.

The quarter-cent tax will sunset after six years.

        McDONALD COUNTY

Voters in the village of Jane in McDonald County approved the proposed annexation of land south of the village limits, including the Wal-Mart Supercenter near the Missouri-Arkansas state line, by a margin of 40-17.

But in a separate election, the two registered voters in the proposed annexation area rejected the measure, according to the McDonald County clerk’s office.

A simple majority was necessary in each jurisdiction for passage on Tuesday.

The measure will now go back before voters on Feb. 7, but a larger majority will be needed for passage.

Deanna Swift votes in Tuesday's special election at the Neosho High School polling station.
The road and bridge sales tax was the only issue on the ballot.
          .

Neosho, Mo. — By nearly a 2-1 margin, Newton County residents approved a quarter-cent sales tax for road and bridge work.

The vote came to 1,540 yes, and 857 no, with only 6.15 percent of the 38,967 registered voters going to the polls Tuesday.

Jerry Black, District 1 Commissioner for Newton County, said he was very pleased with the outcome.

“We just appreciate the voters support on this. We will be good stewards of this money, and they will see some improvement in the roads in Newton County in the future,” Black said. “It will be at least be this spring before we see any of this funding, take time to accumulate some where we can have projects ready to go when we get the funds accumulated, and start making things better in Newton County.”

The tax would have a six-year sunset, meaning if in six years voters did not feel the extra tax was still needed, it would end.

“We will have the road district commissioners in all of the districts will submit projects to us,” he said. “Then we will have to see how our funding comes in and then as the funding is available for projects, we will approve them and get started on them.”

Black said the tax would bring in $1.5 million for road improvements.

Neosho, Mo. — A Neosho woman whose child was found barefoot and wandering unsupervised on Hickory Street on Feb. 8 now faces misdemeanor charges.

Tiffany Anna-Jean Bohannon, 27, of 425 S. Hickory Street has been charged with second-degree child endangerment and is slated to be arraigned on March 6. Newton County Division II Associated Circuit Court Judge Greg Stremel will preside.

The Class A misdemeanor charges were filed on Thursday. If a conviction is reached, Bohannon could face a year in the county jail, a $1,000 fine, or a combination of both.

At about 7:30 a.m. Feb. 8, a 2-year-old boy was found wandering barefoot and in his pajamas on Hickory Street. A woman who asked not to be identified stopped her car, wrapped the boy in her coat, and walked him to the home of a friend who lived nearby. Police were then notified.

            .
            ================
            .

So, some pore woman whose kid gets out of the house and runs off like children often do is to be charged by the piglice and prostitutors like Jake Skouby and MildSwill Dobbs in front of the faggot jewdge Greggie Stremel for 'child endangerment.' Sounds to me like the kid was the one that endangered itself, but charging a child with doing something stupid would sound stupid.

Now in a just society in which the regime criminal element wasn't seeking excuses in order to jail just about everyone, this mother would be told to keep better track of her children. This nosy neighbor would have simply notified the police and they would have returned the child without piglice smarmyness to the child's parents. But that is not how it is today.

So this woman will have to face the possibility of losing her child and spending time in the 'financialization of child protective services.' She has to live in fear simply because she chose to have children.

I'm of the opinion that the best solution would be to simply let nature take its course and observe which regime criminals and treasonous regime-criminal enablers it is useful to skin out come a new regime.
