Pastor Allen Truitt of the Aryan Nations was a recent guest on The Jett and Jahn Show, which has been AWOL for several months -- not that I'm complaining. For those who don't know, Jett and Jahn are a pair of vapid spotlight harlots whose sole claim to fame, a year or so ago, was that they made a lot of annoying posts on VNNF that annoyed a lot of people. Unhappy with the lack of respect and the non-existent following they acquired in Alex Linderville, they started their own message board and podcast with a view to showing their detractors how creating a pro-white media empire is really done. Whether they succeeded or not depends on how much psychotropic medicine is in your bathroom cabinet.
Pastor Truitt appeared on the show to promote the Aryan Nations' South Africa Project. A worthy cause if ever there was one. But Jett and Jahn, who admitted they were smoking bongs, had more more important things to discuss. Things such as how many women did the cooking during the last Aryan Nations Conference and whether Truitt could beat them in a steel cage match. Truitt, a fine spokesman, took it all with graciousness and good humor and managed to put his points across articulately. This was in stark contrast to J&J who stumbled from frivolous topic to frivolous topic, struggling to string one monosyllable together.
The solitary highlight of the podcast was when J&J told Truitt that he should put them in charge of the Aryan Nations' video production division. For sheer hilarity it wasn't quite on a par with Marty Lindstedt recommending he should oversee Kingdom Identity Ministry's CI course, but it was close.
I haven't seen any of the twosome's videos. Maybe their videos are good. Maybe their videos reflect their dazzling oratory skills. But do you really want to hand over the reins of anything, except perhaps a game of Twister in an Iraqi minefield, to a couple of spaced-out amoral fools who make Fast Times at Ridgemont High's Jeff Spicoli look like George Lincoln Rockwell?
White Nationalism, and even Christian Identity to a certain extent, still has some pretty lax standards when it comes to whom it allows into its ranks. Even somebody as crazy and profane as Marty Lindstedt was a welcome member of both movements not that long ago. Fortunately, the standards, at least in CI's case, have improved since then. White Nationalism's not so much, which is a great pity because whatever they are, Jett and Jahn should fall far outside them.
